Really it is only a platform for a collection of registration payment only, I could not feel any other benefits or positive things after registration, I have paid for resume service also, they deliver a resume without a proper basic knowledge and grammar mistakes. They offer a ATS friendly document and the delivered resume getting 65% of marks in any online ATS checker sites, while my old resume getting 85% of marks in the same checker. Really i will not recommend to anyone, Don't be attract on their initial call for registration, nothing will get from them
I purchased the Naukarigulf (UAE Naukari) paid service on November 4, 2025, and till now I have not received a single interview call. The service has been extremely disappointing, and I feel it did not deliver on any of the promises made at the time of purchase.Their UAE customer care support has also been unhelpful and did not provide any proper guidance or solutions. Overall, a very bad experience, and I do not recommend this paid service to anyone.
Never take the service from this ...xxit. They just want money and then no response. I took premium service but they did not update my profile deliberately and they are no more interested in doing so.Update on the next day: After this post, I got a call and team took a swift action.
I have taken one of the plans offered by the company- Premium Services. On the day of the payment she was responsive. But from that day, niether she called me once, neither connected with me through any mode, niether replaying on emails.Such a pathetic serivces, please refund my 5000/- which you people have taken from me.
I registered on Gulf-Hiring.com after receiving a call from one of their representatives, Syed Ibrahim. He assured me that they would help me find job opportunities and that the USD 472 service fee I paid on 18 August 2025 would be fully refundable if I decided to stop their services or if they failed to provide relevant job opportunities.However, no companies contacted me, When I informed them that I no longer wished to continue and requested my refund, I received no response at all.Their own terms clearly state: - The service fee is refundable if they fail to provide relevant job opportunities. - Weekly job opportunities will be shared for up to 180 days. None of this was fulfilled.I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication. I am still waiting for my refund and for them to honor their own refund policy.

My experience was extremely disappointing:Standard CV only: The resume they created followed a generic structure with no meaningful content improvements.No ATS optimization: The version I received lacked key terms for ATS compatibility. I had to research and provide keywords myself.Inconvenient timing: Service hours are 10 AM – 5 PM IST, which doesn’t work for UAE or other international time zones. Their callback service was unusable.Unprofessional communication: The team spoke as if the service was free, despite me paying for it.Due to these drawbacks, I have requested a refund for the Resume Spotlight service, which was scheduled to start after CV finalization, and I am currently waiting for their response.Overall, the service felt ineffective, overpriced, and not worth the money. Save your time and money—look elsewhere!
