Defective product with unsatisfactory return policy

I received my order on 7th Nov, a device, and used it three times. On the fourth attempt, the two right-hand ports stopped working. Both sets of 'paddles' operate, but only in the left-hand ports. I contacted the support team to report the problem and was told it couldn't be returned due to a 14-day return policy. Such a disappointment! I cannot recommend this service.

I received my order on 7th Nov, a device, and used it three times. On the fourth use, the two right-hand ports failed. Both sets of 'paddles' function, but only in the left-hand ports. I reached out to report the defect and was told it couldn't be returned because of a 14-day return policy. Such a letdown! I won't recommend this company.
