It was not easy to update my Fiat 124 Spider but i succeeded with the excellent products of Navi World and they’re support bij email. Together with them I solved the problem. Now the navigation works perfect and with recent maps.
What was the problem ? I tried to unpack the data Zip’s using my iMac. Nothing worked untill I switched from iMac tot window pc.
I reached out through a messaging platform and shared details about my current firmware version with the support team. Since my firmware was a Japanese version, they advised me to update it to the latest compatible version for my region before installing the map data. I carefully reviewed the firmware update instructions several times, prepared a USB, and completed the installation without any problems. I used a laptop to format the USB to FAT 32. After that, I purchased the map data for New Zealand. My vehicle's SD card, which had the Japan map data, was also formatted to FAT 32, and I added the provided packages as directed. I updated the SD card by installing the necessary software on my laptop and connecting the SD card. Once I placed it in the vehicle's SD slot, the navigation system began functioning perfectly. I'm very pleased with the service and the products.
Acquired two items to retrofit Carplay/Android Auto for my 2020 model and they functioned perfectly. The support team provided excellent customer service and guidance throughout the entire process! Highly recommended!
