I am a new customer

I am a new customer, and am very pleased with NBC’s Pest Control service. David Bush communicated his inspection findings really well and was full of great tips and advice on both visits. I’m quite old school, and good customer service means a lot, so thanks again David for a fantastic service.

I had both James Norwood and Sam Turner…

I had both James Norwood and Sam Turner attend. An infestation wasn't a great start to our first house but they were both friendly, professional and helpful during their visits. Found the problem gave us a solution. Excellent service and would highly recommend NBC.

NBC and David are very very…

NBC and David are very very professional. A really excellent service. I have had a problem with rats in the walls and ceiling since last year and David has managed to diagnose and find solutions to this problem very effectively. Very impressed.

Very prompt service from John G

Very prompt service from John G. He let us know when he was coming and dealt with our mice problem effectively, with a couple of follow up visits to check we were satisfied. So far so good!

Satisfied customer

We had two visits to investigate some suspected activity in our loft. Both operatives arrived on time, were respectful of our property and did a thorough job. Gareth and James were both nice, friendly guys and at the follow up visit Gareth was able to assure us that the situation was resolved. Very pleased with the service and the outcome.
