Excellent service by Mark Knight. Very professional, responsible and thorough. Originally called them out thinking I had mice in the loft but was particularly impressed with the process used to identify the problem and to find out it was actually squirrels. A very considerate and professional plan was then put in place and the problem solved by Mark Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely be the first company I would call if had any sort of pest problem again.
I had a mouse problem in my sitting room and "Anthony" came to help. He was most professional, was able to advise me, put out traps and all is okay. I followed his advice going forward to avoid a repeat of the problem.He was very interesting to talk to on other aspects of his work in which I was interested. I would happily call on him in the future should the need arise. Thank you Anthony.
