We accessed NBC through our home insurance as we had seen a mouse. They responded on the day and a very professional operative called Mikael called a couple of days later. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and identified a gap in the wall we had not spotted. He also laid some boxes out and recommended mouse mesh for air vents. On his second visit he gave us more advice and actually fitted the air vents for us. At the end of his visit we had the privilege of meeting two of his birds of prey which was absolutely amazing!! All in all a very professional firm.
Had a wasps nest in the attic, and called Home Emergency cover through Admiral Insurance, who contracted NBC to do the work. Lee Bramley was very efficient and professional in how he dealt with the situation, and he was sympathetic with us as my mother had anxiety due to the wasps coming into her bedroom. I would recommend NBC Environment to anyone with a pest infestation.
I called my insurance company to arrange for them to remove a wasps nest we had discovered. They arranged for a company called NBC Environment to come out and deal with this for us. I was text the day before to be given a time slot of between 8 and 5. The next morning at 8:30 a gentleman named James called me to say he would be with me within the hour. True to his word he arrived within the hour. He was friendly,polite and professional. He dealt with the problem in a timely manner and said if we had any problems within 7 days to give the company a call and they would return to do a respray. Very efficient and I would definitely recommend.
Contacted NBC via home insurance as had infestation of wasps from nest in loft. From staff in call centre to the operative that came to property, process was fairly straight forward and trouble free. Operative Gary from Warrington office was knowledgeable and efficient. Happy to recommend this company.
Had to use my Home Emergency Policy due to a wasp nest. The operative Gary ‘W’ came out today who was very friendly and polite and dealt with the problem effectively and explained about the chemical he’d used and what to expect whilst leaving me with a leaflet on the ‘wasp nest treatment service’. I was also pleased to receive a text message the day before confirming an appointment and a phone call on the day of the visit to say he was on his way. Thank you.
Thank you Phil Holmes for solving the wasp problem in the extractor vents. He advised to cover up the internal vents and not use for a week. He explained what he would do, that the chemicals would not harm the plants the bees and wasps use or the cat and dog if we kept them away from the area for the rest of the day. He was polite, very clear in what would happen to the wasps and that there would still be some trying to get in to the nest for a week or so. 4 weeks later we have bees, wasps and hornets on the lavender and roses as is normal, none are going to the extractor fan and the powder gradually disappeared. Thank you for a professional, courteous and successful job. I've not been stung in the house since.
