Worryingly we found a wasps nest just outside my 5 year olds window. NBC were arranged to come and then cancelled due to illness which wasn’t ideal. But they get such a high rating as their customer service in the sense of the people you speak to are really nice and polite. Gareth the pest control guy went out of his way to make sure that he sprayed the nests properly and was a thoroughly decent bloke. Hopefully the wasps are dead and our son can move back into his bed!
Gary Butcher was our operative today. He phoned to say that he would be with us in 30 minutes and duly arrived on time. He had come to extinguish a wasps nest over the front door. Garry explained what he was going to do and how we should expect the nest to be inactive within a week.Within a short time he had accomplished the task. Altogether a positive experience from a cheerful operative.
Only booked yesterday to have a wasp nest in our roof dealt with, Anthony arrived this afternoon and job done already ! Anthony was professional and talked through the whole process, would happily recommend him & NBC to anyone else with pest problems.
Really quick service. We had 2 wasp nests which we discovered during some garden work last week - ouch!! Our operative, Mark Knight arrived early Monday morning, very friendly and efficient and explained how it all worked. Goodbye nasty wasps!! Definitely recommend and will use again.
I called NBC about a rat's in our garage, they managed to send a technician called Pat Adams out the next morning. When he arrived he was very professional and discreet. He sorted out a rodent issue in our garage and I've not had a problem since. I would recommend them to anyone.
NBC Environment were appointed as sub-contractors by my insurance company to treat a wasp nest. They phoned and arrived as promised and James H. provided an excellent service and dealt with the problem with speed and efficiency, with young children and someone allergic to wasp stings this help was greatly appreciated.
