From the beginning this course was concise, focused and fast paced. Chase got to the core issues wasting no time. An uncommon course delivering rare teachings which most people will never know about despite volumes of books and learning platforms on the subject of interpersonal communication and interpretation. There are several bonuses and a structured test to support learning at the end. The glimpses into Chase’s personality with students is encouraging that the person behind all this is a good hearted one.

I enjoy and benefit from the behavior perspectives in the FNL and YouTube presentations. The deep dives like those about Simulacra and guilt as narcissism are especially good.I’m not so much interested in learning how to manipulate others, rather I want to know when I am being manipulated.
The Confidence Reboot class is a must. It's so much easier getting through the day without being exhausted by anxiety. The Behavioral Observer class has given me insight and practice into how to quickly figure out what makes a person tick.
As someone who started her journey to be self aware and to understand her peers, this course is exactly what I lacked to hone my skills. The course is extently rich and useful in day-to-day interactions. It's like you putting lenses of more clarity.. It's freeing & empowering at the same time (why do I feel I'm already uncovered by NCI fellows? :D).
Bumpy ride. I already wrote a review that I came to update but it seems to have been removed. It was also 3 stars but with a comprehensive explanation for why it was not 5. So here we go again. The course material is great. NCI is currently undergoing some changes and growth so it's not very well structured right now. I was uncertain about this course due to management. I had a very good call with Camron Sayyah and felt more comfortable. Then I heard nothing from him on our follow up call two weeks later. Turns out he is no longer working with NCI. I voiced my concerns and was quickly scheduled for the follow up with couch Mackey. He seemed solid and professional. I hope he stays with NCI. Then I had two new calls with a third member of NCI scheduled by NCI on the same day and the following day and times I was unavailable. I had a difficult time finding where and how to contact this individual to reschedule and while I did get a message to him I and him one to me I was told to reschedule in the zoom link but there are no such option. The lives are also not at the time they are advertised on the page or the e-mails. They are an hour later and I've brought this up but was told it must just be a glitch on my end. So while I love Mr Hughes work and I so far has find NCI beneficial I hope things get more streamlined and easier to navigate so I can update this review to the five star review it certainly has the potential to be.
I enrolled in NCI-1 to learn how to sell my new AI product, but what I gained was far beyond my expectations—a profound personal transformation. It answered questions I’ve carried for years, like, “Where did the fearless, curious, people-loving version of me go?” I always sensed that social interactions shaped me over time, but I had no clarity until NCI-1 revealed the “masks” I’ve worn—behaviors I adopted to avoid rejection or judgment.Through this course, I realized how disconnected I’d become from my true self, living a life shaped by unconscious patterns rather than authenticity. The teachings helped me see what happened, why it happened, and, most importantly, how to move forward without letting those masks define me. One of my favorite lessons was the emphasis on self-forgiveness—being “ridiculously” kind to yourself for past mistakes. This perspective has been liberating, though not always easy.I’d recommend NCI-1 to anyone, but with a friendly warning: it’s intense. The emotional transformation it sparks can be challenging, but it’s worth every moment. Completing this course has made me a better person—for myself and those around me. In a healthy society, this knowledge would be taught in schools, equipping everyone to live more authentically. If you’re ready to face your truths and grow, NCI-1 is a game-changer.
