I have just returned from the NCI- 2 Behaviour Profiler Live Event in Edinburgh and it was such a great learning experience. It was a great mix of theory and practical elements that complemented the content in helping learners not only understand it but also a chance to apply in practice. I do hope NCI can bring more face to face to the UK and Europe as the live event elevates your learning.
I started this training expecting to learn other's behavior but I am learning way more about myself, things I wish I could have started on a long time ago. It is helping me understand others much better in the process. I am noticing already how other people react differently to my presence and it's like being in a happier new world.
All of the information and skill building exercises are great. The information is compact, which means i have to take lots of notes. It's also very important to pace yourself and practice the things you are learning as often as you get a chance.
