Experiencing prolonged antisocial behavior with no resolution

I have been enduring antisocial behavior and fly tipping for 10 months. Despite a verbal warning, two written warnings, a face-to-face meeting, a pre-court letter for an injunction, and a warning from the environmental health noise pollution officer, the issues persist. These disturbances occur from 8 PM until 7, 8, or 9 in the morning, impacting both my son and me. The police have not taken effective action, even after multiple visits due to disturbances involving several individuals, and social services have been equally unresponsive. I reported the situation to local authorities, including a member of parliament and a citizens advice organization, but they only advised me to contact those I had already reached out to. No one should have to endure this. The housing organization claims to resolve 97% of cases and has reportedly improved by 33%, yet I must be part of the 3% that has not seen any resolution. Due to this lack of action, I am moving out, and I can’t wait for it to happen. I pity the next tenant who will face this situation. There seems to be no respect for anyone involved.

I have been living with antisocial behaviour and fly tipping for 10 months and after a a verbal warning, 2 written warnings, a face to face meeting, a pre court letter for an injunction, environmental health noise pollution officer sending a warning letter, putting equipment in for noise levels and still its continued. This goes on from 8pm til 7,8,9 in the morning. Its effected my son and effected me. The police dont do anythin either. Theres also been a numerous police visits for kicking off with a numerous of lads and still social services dont do anything either. I had reported to UCAN, the local MP, Citizens advice who all told Me to report it to the people i had already spoken to. No one should have to live with this. Your housing sends out a brochure every year and states it deals with 97% of cases and its risen by 33% i must be the 3% it failed. In result of this lack of involvement i am moving out and it cant come soon enough. I feel sorry for the next tenant that moves in. No respect for anyone.

These are an absolute disgrace

These are an absolute disgrace. I’ve had an anti social neighbour for five years above me I’ve complained none stop and they advised I should pay for sound proofing. Then gave me a noise app that was utter crap. Useless. I’ve no bedroom as it’s in the living room. I go to my doctors for sleeping pills. When I complain to him upstairs he floods my flat. 16 weeks of flooding until the bathroom ceiling came crashing down. They reluctantly gave me pennies for all the damage. They’ve had to come out and fix the intercom five times last year because he tags it out if I buzz his door at 4am to turn the radio chat shows down. This has caused me terrible stress even suicidal thoughts They don’t give a shit about the tenants and the nutters and anti social tenants are given priority over us because of their mental health. But what about mine?I have developed heart disease in the past two years. I’ve also had plastic surgeries for a devastating illness and can’t recover properly. Almost six years of this annd your housing are a disgrace I wish I’d never gone with them.They’re now advising me to move out instead! It’s with a solicitor now as I’ve had enough. I’m seriously ill.

absolutely awful my washing machine is stuck behind my kitchen door and i can’t access my kitchen and how am i supposed to eat i rang yesterday and they said ring back monday worst housing association known to man

Avoid this social landlord at all costs

YHG is not just the worst landlord I have ever had but also the worst company in general that I have come across in almost 50 years. I honestly can't wait to find a new home and not have to deal with these people ever again. Useless at every level.

Disgusting is all I can say

Disgusting is all I can say. My garden has been flooding for 2 months still no drain still not resolved I woke up last week after a rain storm to find my kitchen flooded with rain water because the flood is that bad since they have done a repair in my garden and even that looks like they’ve had school boys out to to the job it’s an absolute mess despite 21 phone calls in the last month they still don’t know when they can come out even tho the flooding is now so bad it’s coming through my kitchen hen back door absolute discrace

I am extremely disappointed with your housing group ltd.My family and I have been living with serious safety, hygiene, and security problems for a very long time, and nothing has been properly fixed despite many reports.Building security is terrible – the main gate and entrance doors are broken, so anyone can walk inside the building.Homeless individuals often enter, especially in cold weather, and many are drunk or intoxicated. As a young woman living alone with my 3-year-old daughter, this has made us feel unsafe in our own home.The building has CCTV, but it is not monitored or used to prevent crime.We have had repeated thefts, including three incidents where our shoes were stolen, and both my bicycle and my husband’s bicycle were taken.There is a severe rat problem, and rats have even chewed electrical wires.There is a continuous cockroach infestation in the kitchen and bathroom.There are major electrical faults in the building. A qualified electrician confirmed that the wiring problems are in the building, not in my appliances.These conditions are not acceptable for anyone, especially families with young children.I have asked for help many times, but the issues remain unresolved.I hope this review encourages the landlord to take responsibility and finally provide safe and decent living conditions.

This seems to be a year after year…

This seems to be a year after year after many live long years of problems with your housing group (Manchester). After having to fight tooth & nail over the last few years , to get severe flooding issues resolved , maintenance etc unbelievable disrepairs which they eventually sent cowboys out to attend . I rang your housing group on Friday morning to let them know , the internal heavy fire door within my home ( living room door ) was litterally hanging by one hinge/ bracket & ready to fall . I cannot close this door because it has become unhinged. I spoke to a girl on the emergency repair team & had to explain to her , if there is a fire within the property , it cannot be contained by a door that cannot be closed , also if the door falls off on one of us causing injury , YHG would be liable & legal action sought . The girl in repairs team agreed this was a 24 hr emergency call out situation & advised I would be contacted by the repair team not long before the repair man would attend, I was given a job no :01785433z As yet & here we are on Monday 12.52 pm & no one has attended or called . I have previously pointed out to YHG that residents have lives too , they have to go to work , attend appointments , leave their homes etc.. unfortunately YHG seem to be under the delusion that this is not the case & that we should just wait even in an emergency before they can be bothered to turn up , if in fact they turn up at all ! I’ve contacted the repair team again this morning & waited over 30 mins but no answer so chose the call back option am on the phone now & the lady an speaking to has advised no job was raised !!! And cannot recognise the ref no given !! OHMy God ! So the girl I spoke to on Friday must not have put the job through !

Fenney is the female Joe Anderson so corrupt Conflicts of interest and Bullying.

This corporation is so corrupt. They nearly pushed my girlfriend, who is ill, to end her life. She lost everything, but not her dignity. She has a Handicapped son who has the mental age of a child and is gay. And they let an old neighbour bully, harass and lie about my girlfriend and son until she snapped. This neighbour worked for them voluntarily, and every other neighbour in the street had a party when she passed. She bullied everyone. Even the old vicar of the church was terrified of her. Just because a woman or a man is a pensioner does not give them the right to break the law. I still go into the street and have a cuppa with a neighbour that I will not name. Baxter said she hated my girlfriend as soon as she moved in. When my girlfriend's Mum was alive, and they went to view the house, a woman with a shopping trolley said to my girlfriend and her Ma. You need to watch her in number 13; she is not a nice woman. To this day now my GF always regrets taking the property. She spent thousands on that house. Memories of her late Mum and her Son and us all having a laugh with one of the neighbours when a rat went into her kitchen, and I had to trap it. It was so funny. She did the Garden up like a palace and loved her cats. She has never been the same since she lost her Mum and her home, and is in and out of the hospital with respiratory failure and depression. She hates injustice tho and understands the law. A member of staff tried to gag her over what went on, and the solicitor they wasted money on knew she knew the law. The judge in a civil case was terrified of her cause; she knew the law. They wasted about 15k of your money on vexatious civil claims that went nowhere. No Judge signed the order; it was null and void. This unit was an ex-magistrate and was harassing me and my Sister, who works in a better job than this housing officer and is on more money than this fat sow. We were being harassed and questioned by this big gobbed f@t unit, called Fenney, in a criminal court, trying to intimidate us, thinking my GF had nobody, so we had to give sworn witness statements to help her over this for a criminal case that is now being looked at again, as this old tw@t neighbour lied. Fenney also tried to intimidate me by getting a lad bigger than me when I had to get her furniture out. I am 6ft 4. It did not work, you f@t old nasty ugly Sow. I wonder how much they paid for the bouncer to try and intimidate me? My Sister is doing SAR requests for my GF to find out who the thugs are. And my GF will get justice. All of her data was breached by these b@strds as well. Baxter lied and said her daughter had terminal cancer. Her Children left her when they were 9 and 14, as they hated her; they went to live with their stepfather, so what does that tell you about this dead, nasty animal-abusing satanist? Think for yourselves, we refuse to be silenced. No weapon formed against us shall prosper. My Mum is 93, coming to the end of her life, but she was going to tell Baxter to leave her alone in 2019. She is an ox, my Mum. I understand now what my GF went through when her mum was only 65 when she passed. Baxter was terrified of my Mum. This one who was doing witness intimidation is the type that thinks other people's money can get her out of the trouble she is in. Your turn soon to be cross examined. My Sis is not going to risk her pension and rep for some ladder pulling bully. Fenney is the type that thinks having other people's money equates to her getting her own way, The truth is always free.
