Chase explains in fundamental terms, research based human communication. This is far more useful and believable to me than using the scripts developed for real estate sales which I have used successfully, although recognized them as inadequate and highly disrespectful to clients. NCI processes bring clarity and logical methods. Thank you.
The most powerful insight I have gained about learning to observe other people's behavior is how much I have learned about observing my own behavior. It is like I am being introduced to myself for the first time. This new level of understanding has been a great experience for me to grow into a better version of myself. Understanding myself on a deeper level has surprisingly made it extremely easier to understand other people's behavior.
