I placed a couple of items with Teslaunch, most items have been received except the mud flaps which I emailed back to Support, messaged via WhatsApp, messaged via the Web chat but not response. It seems that the site is unmonitored and very bad after sale support. Please be careful when placing order on this site.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong part for my Tesla and requested a refund. They did me one better, they gave me a partial refund 70% and told me I could keep the part. So if anyone needs a NEMA ADAPTER 14-50 plug just let me know and you can have it for the cost of shipping.

Ordered these cover on a whim to protect the White interior of my Juniper Y on Jan 21st. After 2 weeks of no updates from the company i decided to cancel my order especially after seeing that the shipping company was China Post. On Feb 1st I emailed customer service to cancel my order. They said they were unable to cancel my order since the product was already shipped and gave me what appears to be a bogus or just useless tracking number for “china post” that just takes you to a page with ads and fake links. Same day magically my shop app updated to in transit. Here we are 1 month later and out 300 bucks. Stay Away!!!!
I've been looking everywhere for a blue key fob holder. This exact color. Blue is my favorite color for accessories. Thank you so much for making this! Also, now my key isn't lost in all the blended neutral colors all over my house. I wanted to purchase more items to save on shipping, but on another day. I'll definitely keep looking at the accessories you provide in the future.
Completely deceptive. They drop ship low-quality products and charge high prices for items that don't fit my vehicle. I strongly advise against using their services! I've reported to my bank after losing £135, and they refused to issue a refund or accept a return due to my dissatisfaction. The positive reviews seem clearly fabricated.
The good first:1) the customer response team has been quick to update me on my order (usually Joe) with information2) the all weather floor mats, despite being folded haphazardly in a box not meant for them, do fit wellThe bad? I ordered on October 1st. The site's Shipping Policy page advises that they ship with a number of trusted couriers including UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL, and that shipping can take as little as 3-7 days, but the standard is 6-12 days. Which "trusted shipping partner" did my order ship from? China Post. If I gave you the tracking number my order gives me on the website, it still shows as "no information".Customer Service sent me links to a third party tracking site which gave me information in Chinese, even after it reached "the country" which turned out to be USA, not Canada where I was shipping to. I had to chase CS again to ask for more information and finally was sent FedEx tracking numbers on October 31st, 30 days after ordering.While the floor mats were great, the seat covers I ordered are supposedly the right model but have a lot of slack. When you watch the fitting video on how the headrests fit, you'd think the main seat body would fit the same way? No, it's very slack, I can pinch an inch in the back, which means the cover sits pretty loose and retards the reclining functionality of the rear seats. I was sent the wrong center console product too, so I can't use the armrest cover either as it won't match and will look silly.So far I'm giving it two stars, because the floor mats are great and I did receive quick responses to my queries right up until I received a wrong item, and now it's radio silence. This one is going to my bank for mediation.
I have had an incredibly good experience with this company! I originally bought a screenprotector for the Model 3 Highland, it was delivered very fast for a very good price.I got the package and decided to cancel my order of the Tesla Model 3 to change it into a Tesla Model Y.I mailed the company asking if it was possible for a refund, they mailed me back very fast that it wouldn't be smart of me to send it back and lose my original shipping costs and pay for additional shipping costs to send it back (since it was my fault of purchasing the wrong product, in case the company is at fault they will refund you the original shipping costs and you won't have to pay to send it back)So they offered to pay 60% back of the product price and for me just to keep the product and sell it myself, with full understanding that they didn't have to do it by contract.It was honestly very generous and nice of them, something nowadays you won't get from a lot of companies.They definetly have a customer for life!
