Ordered a part in December, returned and received by them on 5 January, despite numerous calls and emails the refund was not processed. Had to raise a dispute with my bank before they would refund the money. They were shocked that I'd done so and said "cancel it the bank will take the money". Well of course they would its was my money! Absolutely useless company and would highly recommend not using them!

Seriously overpriced for a Mazda Original part.The tailgate lock mechanism on my Mazda broke.The local Mazda dealer wanted around £450 inc vat.Tried a part search engine to see if I could get a better price. The enquiry went to Rosslyn - as well as others.Rosslyn Car Parts Ltd quoted me over £700 for the exact same part!In the end I managed to get the same brand new part from another well known original parts supplier for almost half the Rosslyn price at just below £360- with full Warranty etc.

The site is easy to navigate and has a *huge range of products*, from filters and brake pads to more specialist items, and often cheaper than what you find at big high-street retailers.I placed my order without any issues and got regular updates. Delivery was *prompt* and the items arrived in good condition and exactly as described — which isn’t always the case with some parts sites! Customer service was helpful when I had a quick question about compatibility, and they pointed me in the right direction. My only minor gripe was that stock availability wasn’t obvious until late in checkout, so I had to wait on one part a bit longer than expected. All in all, though, it was a good experience and I *would use them again*.
