This service cannot be trusted. I had an awful experience and feel completely cheated. They charged my card twice illegally, despite my cancellation of the subscription and not using the service. Payments were taken every six months without any valid reason or consent.
The billing process is intentionally misleading. Cancelling does not actually halt payments, making it seem like a trap designed to extract money from users who think they have unsubscribed.
The support team is ineffective—they ignore complaints, evade responsibility, and offer no real assistance. Refund requests are either dismissed or go unanswered. There is a complete lack of transparency and accountability.
In my view, this service employs unethical and predatory tactics. I regret ever providing my payment information and strongly advise others to steer clear.
Save yourself the hassle, wasted time, and financial loss—do not engage with this service. Besides pursuing legal action, this matter will also be reported to the authorities for further investigation.
People need to be alerted. This service should not be allowed to operate in this manner. Anyone thinking of using them should reconsider before sharing their payment information.
My dietary restrictions were completely overlooked, prompting me to cancel right away. To make matters worse, I was charged double the initial amount of around $60 after six months. An extra $120 was deducted, and the cancellation process has been a nightmare. I believed it was resolved six months ago. Extremely disappointing.
I agree with the comments for this company. I’ve been trying to cancel my account and just going in circles answering their survey. My credit card company has even asked me to reach out to this company to cancel the hold but they have no phone number or email where I can submit a request.
An update from my case, the company is still ignoring my request and they don't refund the ILLEGAL CHARGE. Don't bother to try even the trial, the cancellation is impossible. They charged me 150AUD and as they reactivate your account anytime they like, they may charge me again. While you're on the system, they keep stealing from you. HUGE SCAM!!! Customer service ZERO. Still claiming that activation wasn't cancelled!!!!!
The customer service and website are awful. I have tried to cancel my account on several different occasions. The steps provided are inaccurate, or they refuse to let you cancel. When I reached out to customer service, I got an AI response but not an answer to my question. I believe this "company" is a scam. I will report them for fraud.
I think I paid for 2 weeks to try it and after that they charged me a huge amount. I really didn’t want subscription and now I can’t cancel anywhere. They made it so difficult, so they can charge you what amount they want. They tried so many times… basically they steal your money and maybe they are covered in Term and Conditions somehow. Please do not try anything on their website!!!
Very misleading. Tried several times to cancel, but to no avail. This is stealing my money. I'm very unhappy - I want no more payments going to this company. I never signed up for these amounts going and the website does not have any options to cancel your subscription. When asked to log in, it is not possible. When trying to change your password, it does not recognise you, and no reset details are sent to my email registered for this. It is very cunning to have money going out, without being able to cancel directly.
