Frustrating Experience with Order

I ordered contacts for Halloween but never received a shipping confirmation email. After 1.5 months, I received an email asking for a review. They claimed I provided the wrong address, but it was a saved input that has always been correct. They sent misleading screenshots. Eventually, I found out it was delivered to a neighbor's apartment, but the address they claimed doesn't even exist. Their response has been unhelpful; they told me to contact another service for tracking, but I never received the tracking information. This has been a frustrating experience.

The customer service is exceptional; they respond quickly and helped me with my inquiry immediately. My orders usually arrive on time.
