My Doctor was very understanding, informative and helpful. I read that I would receive the best pricing. I was seeing a doctor at Quick Med Cards a second time for a prescription renewal for the same diagnosis. My appointment was just as expensive as my first visit with a QMC doctor. My financial situation has worsened and thus making getting a prescription filled that much more of a strain.
The interaction was friendly, swift, and hassle-free. The chat host addressed all my inquiries and provided clear information on what to anticipate. Although the doctor wasn't available for the chat at the scheduled time, the host followed up with them and remained online with me until the doctor joined. This additional support was reassuring and showed that they were attentive to any potential concerns. The appointment proceeded very smoothly once the doctor arrived. Highly recommend!
I was initially hesitant to apply for my State medical marijuana card, thinking it would be a difficult, lengthy drawn out process. To the contrary, I was pleasantly surprised at how simple it was. The doctor was most helpful and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering applying!
I wasn't pleased that the doctor was more than 30 minutes late, customer service had to contact her. The referral wasn't readable or printable until customer service fixed the problem and sent it another way. Kudos to customer service. Not impressed with doctor, seeing patients from her car but whatever works I guess but not professional at all. In my opinion I should get a refund from the doctor for making me wait. Will probably go a different route next time due to high fees for mediocre doctor at best.
