It started off well, but then it began crashing frequently. I haven't been able to access my content and stories for nearly two weeks, and there has been no response to my messages, comments, or emails. The level of professionalism is lacking, and the management system is quite disappointing. It's unfortunate, as it was one of the more promising writing platforms. If this issue isn't resolved soon, I may need to consider legal action to recover my work. I just want my stories back.
