I was unable to submit this review myself as the technician had me on screen sharing and gave himself 5 stars. When I asked to do the review independently, he declined. I felt uneasy because the first technician claimed my device was infected, which prevented me from accessing my printer. He initially tried to charge me $149.00 for a fix, which I couldn't afford, and then lowered it to $99.00, but I still refused. The situation felt suspicious, and I was uncomfortable as he began generating an invoice. After declining again, he transferred me to another representative who resolved the issue with my printer in just 10 minutes. This entire encounter left me disturbed, as I genuinely feel like I was being scammed. I only managed to write this review because he left the Google screen sharing open, allowing me to access the review section. I believe an investigation is warranted regarding this incident. I would not recommend this service to anyone, as I felt I was almost taken advantage of, but I trusted my instincts that something was off.
