I ordered a single barrel whiskey as a Christmas/Birthday present for my partner. The shipping was incredibly quick, and right after placing the order, I received a disclaimer about potential leakage during transit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the careful packaging; they used a special bubble wrap and secured the top with a zip tie. Everything arrived perfectly, with no leaks. Thank you!
Abysmal customer relations. The person I spoke to on the phone was dismissive, impatient and rude. They’re happy to take your money, but not very happy about returning it. With so many choices out on the Internet to purchase alcohol, I would never choose to use this company again.
When the order was placed in September it stated it was a pre-order. The exact date of shipping was not mentioned. I called after a couple of weeks to find out why I had not received my order. At that time I was told bottles would be shipped in October. After waiting the whole month it took me calling on October 30 to find out that the bottles (F Cancer and Yellowstone) were being shipped on October 31. An email telling when bottles were being shipped would have been nice.
