They cover hardly any prescription drugs, which is not what I was told when I signed up.

Rocky start

The beginning was rocky due to parting with benefits, and I ended up paying two companies, losing a lot of money for three months without any sign of getting it back. I was also supposed to receive calls from representatives regarding benefits, but that never happened. I have yet to receive my cards despite asking on three different occasions.

Continued premium increases

I only had the program for 3 months. I was able to get my prescriptions filled so that was good BUT my premiums went up each month. I decided it wasn't a good fit for me and went with someone else.

I wish there was something less than…

I wish there was something less than one star. Refuse to pay claims due to records not being sent she. The provider assures me what limited records there are were sent. We aren’t “go to the doctor” type people so records are limited.

Quoted $526/Mo Actual Charged $611/MoEvery claim was denied and the free medication is a joke. Our medication was listed and when we tried to fill it, they said it wasn't... even though it was still showing on the list. RIP OFF!UPDATE: We did NOT receive any rate increase notice as was mentioned in the response and we reached out to the broker that you used to gain our business. The broker informed us on multiple occasions that NetWell was aware of the issue and that since we were brand new customers, we were being grandfathered in at the lower rate. Your agent informed us that was not the case and gave a flippant response that "if we don't like it, cancel your policy." We gave NetWell a chance, and had a couple claims rejected. The final straw for us was when the medication was on the "free" list of approved medications and still is... was not actually "free". I should have read the reviews more thoroughly as our negative experience seems to be similar to many others.

Awful…don’t waste your money or time

Was told that a pre-existing condition would be covered after a one year waiting period and it was not. Called for assistance on some billing issues and was told that was between the facility and myself. Pointless to pay a premium when everything is out of pocket. 3 wasted years with Netwell.
