I purchased a couple of hats as Christmas gifts, but one arrived with a noticeable black mark on the front. We reached out on Boxing Day, understanding the holiday rush, but nearly 10 days have gone by without a response despite contacting them three times. It seems unlikely we'll hear back, and we've lost £35. I wouldn't recommend shopping here.

Utterly disappointing. I ordered a custom hat, but they claimed it was too detailed and gave me three days to respond or my order would be canceled. After I requested a cancellation, I received confirmation, only to later inquire about my refund and be told my order was in transit and no refund was possible. This is a complete joke.
