Just picked my Volvo XC60 D4 back up from the guys here.
Turned up Monday morning unannounced with a lack of power from the turbo. Asked for advice on other bits worth doing whilst in and let me know some bits that should be replaced at the mileage I've done. Car fixed by Wednesday afternoon. Sensible prices, good communication and clearly Volvo experts.
Even on collection I mentioned windows have stopped going up/down on auto and I have to hold button, told me just needs resetting and did it then and there in 2 minutes.
Glad found myself a Volvo Expert garage so close to Wrexham.

The other day I needed to claim on the warranty and rang Nathan to see if his garage could help. Terrible experience! Every people that we spoke to was unhelpful patronising or rude. (Post sale of course) Communication was diabolical. Car had issues from day one that they refused to deal with or just shrugged off saying it was fine when it left us. Delivery was horrendous and charge had to be waved yet has still not been refunded. The car will be going back. Worst car purchase experience I’ve ever had! Avoid these people!!
Such a pleasure doing business with Nathan, at Castle View car sale, after a couple weeks of looking at various cars It was the first honestly described car I’d seen. Nathan handed me the keys and left me to have a good look around the car, take it for a test drive, nice no pressure sale. I’d happily buy from him again and wish him luck with his new venture.
