I dont have any problems with caps, they are all my sweetheart, but delivery is sht. You chose to partnered with lazy and morons, i have to travel far just to get this lovely caps, everytime i order caps i always get this bad feelings.
I got stolen my card credentials from making a buy, try to buy one cap never arrived and then got another transaction without my knowing and debit immediately without my double step that I normally have to accept beforeWorst costumer service took 20 days to said that my package got lost and they also leak my card credentials and got another 50 euros taken from my account
The product is great but it took more than expected to arrive to destination as after a couple of days from the expected arrival date I noticed on the delivery supplier website that they were still waiting for the details of my address from the sender (even though I inserted them right at the moment of the purchase). I had to contact them directly to give them the details, then the parcel arrived the next day. As I said, the item I’ve bought is very good but I was not happy about the delivery process. I’m sure it’s a unique case, I’m still a New Era big fan and recommend buying from them.
