We were very pleased indeed with the quality and thoroughness of our snagging surveyor Paul. The very many snags identified ranged from cosmetic to a little more serious but fortunately nothing earth chattering. We now have peace on mind and look to a positive future.

The inspector(Paul Hancock ) arrived on time, was extremely professional, and clearly knew exactly what to look for.The report was incredibly detailed, with clear photos and explanations for every defect—both minor and more significant issues I would never have spotted myself. They sent the final report the same day, and it made it much easier for me to communicate the required fixes to the developer.Customer service was also excellent by Georgina. We got the key for our new home on 24 Oct and appointed A1 Snagging to did a snagging on the next day. Paul Hancock, the chartered building surveyor from A1, came and completed the snagging for us. He was really professional and knowledgeable about both new build snagging. As what I remember, he has more than 50 years experience in this career and he was also a site manager for house build. We are glad that we found A1 and had Paul to be our snagging expert. Paul checked through every details including all paintings and even our roof window and the loft. He was very well prepared and got all the equipment for the job. He even explained the house fixing and fitting to us, such as how the thermostat work and what we should look after. What he did is even more detail than the house tour offered by the developer. Throughout the snagging, Paul was really nice and kind and happy to answer all your questions. He was also a funny man that make us have real fun during the snagging.On the next day, we have received a very detailed snagging report that we can go to the developer for rectification. Luckily, our house just got a hundred minor snags.
