Review for training course : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (MB-800 Training) - in Dubai, UAE

MB-800 training program was highly unsatisfactory.

Organization & Communication
The school demonstrated poor coordination regarding class scheduling and communication. There was a clear lack of structure and responsiveness, which created unnecessary confusion.

Trainer Competency
The training delivery appeared entirely script-driven. The trainer was UNABLE to provide clear explanations beyond the prepared material. When asked logical, practical, or scenario-based questions, there was a noticeable lack of understanding. Instead of demonstrating subject-matter expertise, the sessions felt like automated dictation of predefined material. This significantly undermined the educational value of the course.

Session Duration
The sessions were advertised and scheduled as 8-hour training days. In practice, they did not exceed even 5 hours.

Overall Assessment
Considering both the financial cost and the time commitment required, the program did not meet acceptable professional standards. The course was structured as a five-day program. After attending the first three days and evaluating the overall quality, I concluded that continuing would not be a waste of my time and therefore did not attend the remaining two sessions. The depth of knowledge, practical insight, and instructional quality were WELL BELOW expectations considering course fee.

Even a one-star rating feels generous.

Totally NOT RECOMMENDED

Good processes pure teacher

The processes and customer services have been very well. But sadly, the lecture itself has been of very low quality. The quality of the slides was low; some wrong stuff was taught (Scrum curse not within the Scrum framework). It was hard and exhausting to understand the teacher's strong accent and almost impossible to read his handwritten notes. Most students have been absent for some hours (ask to repeat questions of the teacher, because they don't listen). Would not choose the company again.

Nonsense Institutions

This was a very disreputable organization that targets veterans and the unemployed. They took funds from the government and have been caught. The quality of their training is garbage and rightfully fading away.

Fantastic Service

We have used New Horizons after coming across them at a learning event. They have always been incredibly professional when discussing courses and special kudos to Lydia as she is fantastic. Sales are not too pushy unlike some companies I have used and the after sale service is great too. All the IT professionals that have completed their ITIL so far have really rated the course. I will use New Horizons again!

I have used New Horizons to study for…

I have used New Horizons to study for several CompTIA exams. They offer a huge amount of materials, including virtual labs and live instruction. All of the teachers, especially Bill Sullivan, were knowledgeable and helpful. I would also like to commend Jon Struebing for helping me out with an Ebook when one of their competitors refused to furnish me one.
