Great Customer Service

When I could not find any email giving a credit voucher code or amount, I contacted Customer Experience via chat. Michael promptly responded with the Voucher Code and value amount which enabled me to immediately rebook a show that we had to cancel last January. Michael was very friendly and helpful, which made my experience with NY Theatre Guide very positive. Will use them again for booking shows.

LUCY WAS THE BEST! I had an issue with my tickets because I made the wrong purchase. I struggle for a while to find a customer email contact but after I finally did, Lucy in customer service was amazing. I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment we connected, she demonstrated exceptional efficiency and diligence. She went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved quickly and completely.
