Polite, prompt customer service

In addition to hosting a wide selection of shows, the customer service of this company was fast, polite, and very helpful. I had mis-booked due to the event unexpectedly moving and customer service agent Lucy was able to quickly resolve this in collaboration with the production venue, which saved me a lot of grief! I really appreciated their flexibility. I will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

Saved by the Bell—and MarikaIt was very last minute—I was catching a train this morning to the city where had no printer. My tickets weren't being sent to me till 2 in the afternoon! Marika managed to send them to me before I took the train and on very short notice! I appreciated it very much!
