Fail by the venue and ticket sales. This was our one show while on vacation in NYC as it came recommended by friends and family. We arrived as a family of 4 with our daughter age 20 with her parents and we were not able to attend the event. Very disappointed. Hope we can at least get refunded. Maybe we will try again next year.

Extremely easy to find and purchase our tickets online. The seat view feature was a bonus. Added security in requiring a “handshake” with our payment partner was greatly appreciated in a time when one is never completely sure of what they’re buying through a website.
I had some difficulties with purchasing in the need to exchange. Sam the customer rep was absolutely wonderful! He understood the problem and tried various options. I purchased tickets and then learned that my partner had purchased tickets for the same show on a different day as a birthday surprise for me. It was a wonderful surprise until I discovered that I could not cancel my purchase without giving up 20 percent of the value. I had somehow deleted my e-tickets for my late April Broadway show. These tickets are a birthday present for my wife. After an online chat first with the an AI assistant and then with Sam I was sent a new email confirmation of my e-tickets. Thank you Sam I am no longer sweating bullets.
