The customer service is swift and done well. I made a mistake in purchasing and cancelling my tickets and Michael was able to come up with a solution that worked very quickly. Very smooth and gave me peace of mind. It was a lot of money so I appreciate the swift action.

Mistake made right.

I made a mistake and ordered show tickets on the wrong date. The website policy is no refund or changes. I was freaking out when I found out that I had tickets a week before going to New York, on the night before the wrong date. I am on the West Coast and couldn't reach customer service until the day of the show for the tickets I purchased. I was truly frantic, and expecting to lose the ticket purchase price and have to rebook and pay for the same seats again. I used the chat box and asked for a reconsideration of the first denial I received. I got an email within an hour and a follow-up phone call from Michael. He was very polite and explained my choices, he could try to get an exchange voucher or I could take a chance on a pasted dated ticket on my chosen date. Michael called me back in less than an hour and had secured an exchange voucher. I used the voucher to purchase the correct show date, which happens to be my 25th wedding anniversary. Thank you, Michael, for saving my big celebration!
