I mistakenly booked my tickets for the wrong day, I realized my mistake immediately and contacted the company via chat. Patty immediately rectified my mistake and issued a voucher. I am so relieved and will use New York Theatre Guide for future ticket purchases.
I was exited to see the show From the first number and the first scene I realized that I was watching a first rate broadway production with live orchestra, beautiful costumes, and talented performers. As the show progressed we began to notice the overwhelmingly loud sound of music coming from the speakers. And during the dialog the words were reaching us were not clear They were muffled. What a shame! To ruin such a beautiful production with bad speakers or bad microphones The production staff/ electricians should definitely look in to it
We totally enjoyed the production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child! The special effects, acting, comfortable seats were all great! Although a long production, the 1/2 hour break makes it doable. The time flies by!Worth watching. Thank you.
