This show is the best musical I’ve…

The Great Gatsby is the best musical I’ve seen in a long time. Not only is the story wonderful of course but I loved the glitz and glamour of the scenes and the songs were amazing. The cast were all fantastic and super talented, Gatsby himself was so well cast. You WONT be disappointed!!!

A Great Show!

Once Upon a Mattress was one of most enjoyable and memorable shows I have seen live. The music, dancing and acting are rarely seen these days on the Broadway stage. We both thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great show with great staff

Actors, sound effects, and ushers were all amazing! Ushers were so friendly and helpful, which not always is the case in big theaters.

Finnian helped me despite the fact that…

Finnian helped me despite the fact that I was totally responsible for the error. I bought for my family and meant to purchase them for the evening show, but I was booking in between meetings and picked the wrong time. She showed me the value of getting ticket protection so I will be sure to do that in the future.

Great help to resolve a problem!

i had purchased tickets for Cabaret not realizing that the Adam Lambert would not be appearing in that show. i tried for 5 days through various outlets to exchange the tickets—lots of times in chats that went no where and even talking with one person on the phone who said they'd exchanged the tickets, but i then found out that that had not actually happened. And then through a chat on this website, was contacted by Lewis and they completed resolved the situation even though it wasn't regular procedure. Thank you Lewis!!!

The Lion King stands as a masterpiece

The Lion King stands as a masterpiece. Both in its animated version and its most recent interpretation. The work skillfully balances epic storytelling with deep emotional sensitivity, waving a profound narrative about responsibility, the circle of life and family legacy. It combines storytelling, traditional animation and an iconic soundtrack. All that said and the visual effects and characters make a lasting experience in film history.

Literally NO customer service.

Ordered tickets. Needed to change something. Information on the help website said I needed to contact "customer service." There is literally no customer service, just a chatbot that CANNOT help you, has a fixed chat routine that ends with we will get back to you, we prioritize order of response by time of your show. They got back to me eight days after the show. Unless this is the kind of customer service you are hoping for, use any other company but this one.Updating given the response below (quoted here): "Please note that we always try to prioritise enquiries from customers with tickets to events that are most time-sensitive based on their performance date...Rest assured that if you have gotten in touch via our Chat then our team will get back to you.. to provide reassurance and assist you with your query."The Chatbot gave me FALSE reassurance that I would hear back before the show. The text of this email sent EIGHT DAYS AFTER THE PERFORMANCE was casual in tone: "I'll be helping you with your query. I'm sorry that we weren't able to get back to your query prior to the performance time. If your guest wasn't able to attend the performance, please let me know."This is not prioritizing things based on the timing of the show, nor is it prioritizing customer service. In fact, it is gross disrespect of the customer experience and is inexcusable.

I had been using ticketmaster to purchase tickets but I am not satisfied with them and to be honest I don't trust them. I decided to use your service and so far I am very pleased, easy to make purchase, fair prices, rapid notification of changes in selected show, no problem securing a refund. I will use your service in the future
