I want to express my gratitude for the outstanding support I received! This is my first experience trading with the platform, which I recently discovered. What caught my attention were the lower target profits for the $25k and $50k evaluations, making them easier to achieve compared to most other firms. Additionally, these evaluations allow for larger drawdowns relative to their target profits, addressing a common concern with trailing drawdown evaluations in a logical way. The tradeoff is that while in the funded phase, you need to earn a bit more before requesting a payout. The platform requires you to build a buffer and then earn $600 above it before you can request a payout (this rule applies only for the first 60 days, I believe). If you're a consistently profitable trader, this shouldn't be an issue. It's a reasonable tradeoff from a business standpoint. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this firm, although there are some news-related rules to be aware of (which don’t affect me much as I’m not a news trader). I recommend giving them a try!
I have been using NexGen charts since approximately 2010. I have researched many funding companies, and generally have a negative view of that industry. I decided to try Nexgen Funding ebcause of 15 years of exfcellent service, I know the owner and I know many of the employees. Their interests are completely aligned with my interests as a trader. They only want traders to succeed. Daily classes and meaningful interaction in the Discord room. Would recommend to any trader who wants to trend trade and make money.
I have just recently signed up with NEXGEN and the customer service is outstanding. I have used several other prop firms, some of which had "good" customer service but with NEXGEN I feel like I am the only customer (which is far from true of course and I know that seems dramatic but true). I am excited to work with this firm as I am very well supported. The rules are simple and designed for your success as opposed to other firms. I love the Tradingview platform as well.
Yestarday after my funded account blew up because of a working order that got filled at the wrong time, I was pretty frustrated and unsure what exactly went wrong. I reached out to support, and to their credit, they took my issue seriously right away. Within a few minutes, a couple of team members were looking into it. Because of whatever they found, they escalated it to the CEO.To my surprise, the CEO personally reached out to me (I actually missed his first call). When I finally spoke with him today, we had a great conversation. He took the time to listen, reviewed what happened in detail, and handled everything with real respect and fairness.That kind of personal touch is rare in this industry. They truly stands by their traders and their values. Needless to say, If you want a prop firm that actually listens and treats you like a person, not just an account number, NexGen ProTrader is the way to go.P/S If they ever change, I will the first to sound the alarm. :)
