I had a strained lat from lifting and within 5 weeks of bpc and tb I was able to lift heavy again with no pain. The wolverine compound had me from a terrible case of runners knee to the point of not being able to run 3 or 4 miles without significant pain to running 10-15 miles with no pain whatsoever by the end of the cycle.
