I wasn’t sure if I actually had ADHD but I had my suspicions and the course 100% confirmed it. I felt like Ali was talking directly to me. The part that really got me was when he was talking about showers as an emotional/physical regulator. I thought I was the only one who used long showers to anchor myself and reward myself. Bonus, the course is straight to the point, which is great for people who can’t seem to stay focused. :PI’ve been using the system for a few weeks now and have already seen massive improvements in my life and my business. Thank you guys!
I really appreciated the content in the class. Even though it’s short, I felt I gained a lot and have been using a bunch of the strategies to better engineer my days. I also really enjoy the community with other students! The only reason I have 4 instead of 5 stars, is that there is a lot of pushing to upgrade/buy more, and while I get the way sales works, it does get a bit annoying.
Everything jives with what I’m experiencing! As a person with ADHD, I was able to handle my condition by following the straight forward lessons. I was able to manage my day well and did a lot of things! All other ADHD programs I avail cannot be compared even by a hair strand. I was glad I stumble upon Ali’s program.
