I am very pleased with my new garage door, everyone from initial contacts to the installation team were polite and courteous. Installation went very smoothly and all was left clean and tidy. I would recommend Next Generation for their excellent service
Next Generation Home Improvements advertised anti slip resin, but since my drive has been done 2 people have slipped on it in the first 3 months. I have reported it and put a complaint in but they aren’t even willing to try and rectify it. They sent a man to inspect it and apparently its of high grade standards! If thats what their high standard is then its rubbish. What kind of company wont even come back to put things right or try and resolve it?? All i can say is if you get your drive done by this company, if you have any problem then they will not want to sort it. After reading your reply today 28th nov, i noticed you didn’t put that the other person that slipped had his trainers on??
Having previously had a resin drive, with which we were extremely pleased, we had our patio similarly done.The work and result are just as good. Everyone was polite and thoroughly professional, and the finished patio is as stunning as the drive. Wonderful.
I’m really impressed with our new resin drive and Next Generation Home Improvements. The whole project from start to finish went like clockwork and we were kept fully informed, every stage of the installation was spot on like a military operation. Neighbours and passers by are impressed and We have been asked by our customers for details of Next Generation and we were happy to recommend them.
The work done was excellent! We had a new resin bound drive and the process from start to finish was fantastic. The work done on our drive was absolutely 5* , the lads were polite and did a great job during challenging weather. Office staff communication was a little behind ,( thats why 4 stars ) but got there in the end , but it was the on site workers that made the project and end finish brilliant
Our overall experience of our new resin driveway was excellent with Next Generation. We were kept informed with timescales. The lads that did the prep work were hard working and also constantly kept us informed all the way through. The gang that came to lay the resin were also hard working and friendly. The only criticism we have is the initial meeting with the sales guy. He took 3.5 hours to get us a quote and was at our home the whole time. This really could put other people off using them. It needs scaling back as became quite annoying. We would still definitely recommend to other people as the end result is stunning and has transformed our home. We have had so many compliments about it.
