Review Time
At first they were great. My loan was paid off months if not a year ago. They keep the line of credit open, so I recently tried to draw on it for an emergency expense, but my request just sits pending with nothing happening. There is no way to cancel or to close my account easily on the website.
This company was great at first then something happened that they just stopped in April 3rd 2025 I called them ample times and they all say something different today. I just called him and they said that they can’t give any information because they’re switching hands. Apparently New Hampshire Cash went downwards, but they should not bogus us about what’s happening. On another site, there’s Better Business Bureau doing complaints
Filled out for a 200.00 drawdown on may 19th 2025 it is now Aug. 13th 2025 and still have not received my drawdown. I keep calling customer service and their response is always we have been back logged and every customer will receive their drawdown in order they are currently working on the month of April. There is no way on planet earth that they are still on the month of April unless they are servicing one request a day.I have been a customer for over 10 YearsI do not recommend NH Cash to anyone!
Company was great at first when i created an account with them 2 years ago. But I don't know if there customer service practices have changed. The last year to get a withdrawal has been terrible. I have done 2 and each one has taken 3 months with multiple calls and having to be told I am 1st on the next withdrawal list. My last request for a withdrawal was May 11th, 2025 and I still haven't recieved it. I made every monthly payment on time with extra towards the principal however to get a withdrawal is unforseen
In the beginning they were a very good Company to deal with when you want a draw down you can’t get it and customer service is the worse I ever seems this company have really went down if you are looking for a good loan place this is not the place bad business to deal with.
This is June 23, 2025. My original loan request many years ago would rate 5 stars. Now 1 star is all that is warranted. Nhcash must be under new, lousy management. Customer service is rude and doesn't listen thoroughly, as well as, having such heavy accents it's hard to understand representative. Drawdowns are NOT handled in a timely manner. This is my third request, I cancelled the first two because of how long i waited. I am trying to give the benefit of the doubt with this third request, placed a week ago. I've already written a complaint to be sent to the BBB if I don't receive my drawdown request soon.
