I ordered one of there key boards and due to high demand it was not able to be shipped on time. The support team was very informative and also emailed me directly when the order was being shipped with the tracking number attached. Started off frustrating but ended up being great I can't wait to receive my V60 keyboard!
I assumed this was gonna be a fad-buy, considering it was an Instagram ad that brought my attention to it. But it looked neat and unique, so I gave it a shot. I bought a semi-translucent cyberpunk keycap set, coiled cable, and a wrist pad to play it safe just in case this was a loss. The website was easy to use, products displayed looked different and unique compared to others in the same field.
Well to my surprise when it came, it was well-packaged and looked and felt very premium. Although the plastic packing bag it came in could have used a lil bit more bubble wrap as one of the boxes were damaged, but this did not affect the quality of the contents. Quite satisfied with what I received. The only uneasiness that I have is the shipping company they utilize. Uniuni shipping does not have a very good track record overall and the tracking updates were severely lacking in information. So much so, I feared the loss. Although on the plus side, it did come earlier than expected, but I had no idea otherwise. Overall aside from that, Gravastar has exceeded my initial expectations and would purchase from them again.
I placed an order for a specific item but after some reflection and realizing I used the incorrect payment method, I chose to cancel the order. I contacted the support team via email within a few hours of placing the order to request a cancellation and a refund to my original payment method. This all occurred on a Friday evening, so I was fine waiting until Monday for a response, considering it was the weekend. However, by the following week, I received an email asking if I had placed another order with a different payment method, completely ignoring my cancellation request. I clarified that I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back, but again, there was no response. After several follow-up emails, I finally received a reply, but instead of confirming my cancellation, they offered a discount to keep the order. I reiterated my request for cancellation and a refund, but still no acknowledgment of my situation. I have sent multiple emails asking for updates, and now I’ve given them a 24-hour ultimatum to resolve this or I will escalate it with my bank. This lack of response and professionalism is unacceptable. **Additionally, my order status remains unchanged in my account, showing it as “waiting for details” without any updates since it was placed.** There’s no justification for the delay in processing my cancellation and refund. It feels like they’re trying to avoid giving me my money back. I shouldn’t have to wait over five days for a simple cancellation and refund process. Refunds take time to process, but the ongoing delays and lack of communication are making this far more complicated than it should be. Ideally, payments should only be processed once items are shipped, but it seems they were more focused on collecting my payment than addressing my request. I have remained polite in all my communications, but I am now at my breaking point and need a swift resolution to this matter, as this is simply not how a company should treat its customers.
I ordered two power strips but forgot to apply the discount code. One is a Christmas gift for my daughter, while the other is for me and I’m waiting to open it to keep the surprise. I can't really review the product yet. The customer service team made me wait until the strips arrived but they refunded the discount. It wasn’t a huge amount, but it mattered to me. That’s excellent service and a fantastic product line. My daughter adores her device, and I'm really pleased with mine, so I’m sure the power strips will just enhance their appeal. If they don’t, I’ll update my review; but, I doubt that will happen.
I'm quite disappointed that my order hasn't arrived after 2 weeks. I reached out to the support team and was told that the information was available on the website, but I didn't notice it while checking out. It's now been 14 days.
Worst customer service. They take capitalism to the next level. No etiquette and they don’t care about you. Anything to avoid taking back a keyboard. They email you unprofessionally and take a while to email you back. Wouldn’t advise purchasing through them as their customer service is poor especially with the price of some of their products.
