Nicholas and Co were swift to reply to our original enquiry and arranged for the survey to take place within a week. I was pleased with the survey and Nicholas helpfully arranged for us to have a call to discuss it, he also took the time to offer potential solutions to the main problem highlighted which was really useful.There was a loft space that Nicholas was unable to access, so I sent a few photos photo after the event which he was happy to comment on.As a firm they were great to deal with and couldn’t do enough to help. A friend had recommended them to me and I would also recommend them highly.
Nicholas acted for me in a lease extension submission to a landlord.
