Review Time
Had I been incorrectly informed by your sales representative, and misled during the sale, the sales rep advised that if the cushions flatten we can call them and they can fluff them again. I would not have purchased these couches if that was the case. I only had the couches for 7 months and they had gone flat. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be accurately described. I was not told by your sales representative that:The couches would need to be regularly smoothed out and “plumped up”. As a parent of three children, I do not have the time to do this every time the sofa is used. Had this requirement been made clear, I would have purchased a different product.I was specifically told that once the feathers went flat, I could contact the store and have the cushions fluffed back up. This was a key reason for my purchase, and it was misleading information. Then the customer service representatives advised that once items where sold to us we should of read the terms and conditions when the sales advisor just mislead us advising cushions are covered and they will not take any responsibility on misleading customers. Do not trust the sales representative when your purchasing from them and especially customer service they just past the blame on the customer! Poor customer service.
