Brilliant service at Purley Way branch

Was a brilliant experience at the Nick Scali branch in Purley Way branch, we were served by the lovely Kawar and the Terry, they answered all our 100 questions and went through everything in great detail with us and all our options. Not pushy at all, which we really appreciated. Brilliant service and the most beautiful sofas. Really excited for the arrival now.

Initially came for a sofa and consulted with Ravi who was a great character and gained our initial interest with great customer rapport. Then we came in again and Abdul made a great deal with a sofa that we were really interested in and a unique sofa that we really liked at Nick Scali

Horrendous service from both Nick Scali…

Horrendous service from both Nick Scali and the delivery company. Ordered a sofa and a small side table. Had to pay £250 for items to be delivered by WS transportation. Items delivered as scheduled, however the delivery men assembled the table knowing it was very badly damaged. (Why??) When my husband refused to sign for the table the delivery men were clearly unhappy about this. The delivery company contacted us a few days later, they wanted us to pay £60 for delivery of a new table. We contacted Nick Scali and they agreed we would not need to pay for delivery again, due to the original item being damaged, and assured us they would sort it out. We have now made several phone calls to Nick Scali, each time they have promised to sort out our delivery, but they clearly haven’t. They have not contacted us to apologise or update us and over 4 weeks have now passed and we still do not have the table or any idea when we will receive it. Spent over £2500 with this company, and they really need to get their act together as once they have your money, their customer service is awful.

Very welcoming and warm. No pressure

Very welcoming and warm on arrival. Though there were many sales assistants they were quick to check if we needed help or not and did not overly fuss or pressure us. Prakash was patient, attentive, and flexible and listened to our thoughts and even helped measure out the dimensions of our room to compare to the sofa size.

Alyssa has superb knowledge and asked all the pertinent questions to understand our needs, she offered advice and was not pushy! All in all a faultless experience, I would highly recommend and can't wait to take delivery of our new sofa 😀

Went to Stoke from Bolton to look at…

Went to Stoke from Bolton to look at sofas and trust me I have looked at sofas on ever website and store. I came to the conclusion that these where the best as all rounders price, choice, colours sizes and more modern without a hefty price tag. The only thing I was really viewing was the quality and the fabric choices. The manager at this store was sooooo helpful without being pushy, I made a purchase and feel confident in it and am looking forward to taking delivery of it when it's ready - Thank you
