It was the second time we visited the store in Rotherham parkgate,Stephen was really helpful and knowledgeable really helped us to get the deal that worked best for our situation,we got exactly what we wanted how we wanted it and all with smile,couldn’t recommend this company and Stephen enough
Visited today, 29/12/2025. Kully was very helpful, but also not one of those annoying sales people following you around!We had a chance to browse and look for what we wanted, then ask any questions when we wanted too and didn't feel pressured at all.Haven't got our sofa yet, but would recommend the store for browsing and easy purchasing.
We went into the Coventry branch of Nick Scali and was impressed with the range of sofas. We were welcomed as we walked in but left to our own to wander around without any pressure. When we wanted assistance we asked and they were very helpful. Paul was the name of the sale assistant he was great. The process of ordering went very smoothly, we now wait for delivery date. I will update my review when that happens.
Customer service is absolutely diabolical. I have been back into the store multiple times in an attempt to get my issue resolved after being told on here I will have someone contact me ( see my previous reviews). I Still have not been contacted. This company does not care about you once they have your money. AVOID at all costs. The company uses a separate delivery company and you will pay a pretty penny to have your furniture delivered. They do not stick to their policies and any issues you have get ignored. I will continue to post reviews until the company is held accountable.
Extremely disappointed with the service this company provides,which is great up until they have your money. The (paid for not free) delivery service was poor - sent by text and given an hour to confirm - and when delivered it was clear it didnt resemble the quality of the one on display. Complaint was raised within 3 days but took them a week to respond. They send out a"3rd party" team to "put right" but all they did when here was say it was "put together correctly" and that "the padding is done by weight". I assumed there would be a follow up to put the fundamental issues right, but all i got was a call from their service team telling me the report said the sofa had no defects. This is contrary what the visitor told me at the time! I feel i have been lied to and sold second rate goods that they do not care about. My advice is to NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
