Installation Delays and Communication Issues

Initially, a start date was agreed upon, but the company requested to begin installation a week earlier. Unfortunately, only the solar components were installed, as they seemed to lack all necessary equipment for a complete setup and ran out of time. The following week, the service attempted to reschedule for a Friday, but no one showed up, prompting me to contact the company multiple times to find out the status of the installation team. It turned out they were delayed on a larger project. They planned to return the next week to drop off batteries and complete the wiring, but the job remains unfinished. An electrician arrived on a different day and spent the entire day working alone, yet the batteries still didn't function. It took nearly six weeks for the service to send an electrician to fix the system. What was promised as a one-day installation turned into a three-day ordeal, leaving me with a non-operational system. There appears to be a significant lack of communication between the office, installation teams, and customers, or perhaps a tendency to be vague about scheduling. Additionally, the customer service from the energy provider is lacking, as they have only a limited number of electricians available nationwide, contributing to the long wait times for repairs.
