It has been 8 months since I placed an order for 2 items, but only 1 has been delivered. I have sent multiple emails and received just 1 response after several months, stating they would investigate the issue, but since then, there has been no further communication.
Untrustworthy and unresponsive, they have taken my money and have not replied to me at all! AVOID purchasing anything from these fraudsters! This has been a huge disappointment. It's been over six weeks with no communication from them and no hope of a refund. It's time to consider legal action against these scammers!

I received a shattered item and was asked to provide videos and pictures immediately after opening it. Even my mailman heard it rattling broken inside. They then requested additional payment for a replacement! It's frustrating that I need to pay more for their packaging error!
