I wish i could give them zero. Worst scam of all time. I had the same experience as everyone else. Placed my order on December 11th. Waited weeks with no shipping details. Emailed customer service to wait weeks for updates on my order. I finally gave up and requested a refund, but they kept promising that it would take more time to process. It.s February 26th and I am now disputing the charge with American Express. This company needs to be shut down. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered a couple’s ring set from Demon Slayer.
After my shipment status was stuck on “on it’s way” for a week i started getting suspicious. I contacted their customer support trying to get a scope of the situation. Sure enough, they respond telling me that the order has been shipped and already arrived to my country but that the customs tend to keep it for some time. That sounded like an okay reason for the lack of updates. I thought they just had it internally which admittedly, in and of itself was weird but still not weird enough for me to raise suspicion. Two weeks go by, to present day and no package still, i politely asked them to provide me with a tracking number so i can see the status myself - no response. I waited for 5 more additional days and then requested a full refund. I have been ghosted after the initial message telling me it’s in my country.
TL;DR - it’s a scam. Avoid at any and all costs!

I have placed a order from over two weeks ago. And there is no order updates.

I have send them over 4 mails. Just asking for shipping updates. And 4 days after they ask if my shipping address is correct.

Then I send a new email where I'm asking if they have send the order. It takes 4 days for them to reply on 3 questions. "We had an unexpected shipment issue with our shipping partner during the Christmas/New Year period". Is they answer.

Now my Time limit is two days. It's a present for my niece. And they haven't answered if it will be in Denmark before Saturday.

Seams to me that they don't care about costumers.

I don't have money now for a new present. Because its the end off the month.

You can't count on when the product will be delivered.

I ordered a jewelry box and necklace as a Christmas gift on November 17, but it has yet to arrive. The support team provided misleading updates: - Dec 3: "Unexpected delay, we'll update you Dec 10" - Dec 10: "Your order is processed for shipment today. It will be delivered by Dec 18" - Jan 8: "Your package was not picked up as scheduled" (indicating it was never shipped) - Jan 13: "Your order is cancelled. Refund in 3-12 business days". As of January 23, I still have not received my refund and have had to dispute the charge with my bank. I regret not checking reviews beforehand (it was an impulse purchase), but even the latest positive reviews seem suspiciously paid and possibly generated by AI. 😒 I recommend avoiding this service.

I ordered the jewelry box on December 3, expecting it to arrive before Christmas with the promised one-week delivery. By January 20, after receiving neither the box nor shipping updates, I requested a refund. A strong marketing strategy cannot compensate for a flawed supply chain, and I will not be ordering again.
