Review Time
I am getting seriously concerned. I ordered a ipozon trampoline scooter for me son in 4th December, expected delivery by 16th but it's still not arrived. The correspondence from customer service has been satisfactory BUT I've still not received any info on when my order will arrive and it's now 22nd Dec an it's a Christmas present for my son. After reading some reviews I'm seriously worried. It cost a lot more than advertised on other sites but it was the only site that had one available. Update...No response to my e mail sent yesterday, I strongly doubt I will be recieving the scooter. this company has singlehandedly RUINED Christmas for my son, now all I can show him on Christmas Day is the email chain and to tell him I TRIED. I honestly have no words and will be contacting my credit card provider as I see going through the company for refunds is futile. They have untill Boxing day to either get my item delivered or to GUARANTEE I will have it before the end of December or by Christmas Day if that is at all possible.
I ordered a set of tricams from them. Normally this retails in the UK at about £110 for a set of 6 tricams. On Ninefit's website it had the item listed at £62 marked down from £92 with a clear image of the full set in the listing. When it arrived they had only sold me one of the tricams!! For £62!? It even came with a price tag on saying $27! Completely ridiculous, of course at that price I assumed it was the full set. They won't pay for the return so I now have to pay the return postage, to the USA by the way! On top of the existing postage I already paid (£8). I have no idea where they get off charging almost 3x the amount of money that a UK retailer does and expecting people to buy it. Ridiculous. Update: after reading other reviews and realising they probably will never give me a refund, I opened a dispute with my bank. Then they leave voicemails and send emails trying to guilt/manipulate me into closing the dispute, saying "they would have given me a refund before but now its too late unless I close the dispute"... definitely scammers.
We ordered 30 hand warmers and 20 footwarmers. Only the hand warmers arrived, and after 3 weeks (and were in a box that had clearly previously been opened)I requested a refund for the not-recieved 20 footwarmers and was offered a 15% discount or a 30% voucher for future purchasesOffering a 15% discount for a product never received is clearly fraudulent and disgustingDo not use this company, absolute scam
Ordered some ear defenders 6th December and received nothing but lies from Sophie regarding delivery. I have repeatedly requested a refund as the goods cannot be provided and have still not received either the goods or the refund 4th January. I do not recommend this company, be very cautious ordering anything from them.
