This company is listing products on its Australian website for which it doesn't have accounts with the distributor, so it can't be sourcing the items in Australia. And some of the prices are ridiculously expensive - the RRPs quoted are way over the real RRPs, to try and make their "discount" sound attractive. This site is obviously a complete scam - just don't engage with them.
DO NOT ORDER!!! I ordered something and after many weeks the item arrived broken. I wanted to return it and I had to pay 50€ for it. I ordered the item in July. It’s September now and I still haven’t received a refund because apparently it’s my Bank. Lost over 200€ and will never order from this page again.
Have waited 7 weeks for my orders to arrive then they say it has to be re shipped! this is a scam, do not buy from ninefit! I ordered again to see what would happen, the same scam, Your order is being processed, a week later still no tracking information. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! AND THERE IS NO NINEFIT AUSTRALIA.
Placed an order on line August 7. Paid for it - Order No.HK-NF#P160052703 - they kept informing me that the order was confirmed, never delivered. Checked Ninefit.hk and found that does not exist either. When I called to cancel, they sent me tracking information. Confusingly, they sent me a reminder of a confirmation of my order AGAIN on the same day.
The product is exactly as expected. Delivery went smooth. However, I am lowering this review to only 4 stars because Ninefit very obviously sell customer data to scammers. Your inbox will be filled with scammers targeting you specifically.
