Review Time
I bought two showers from the company less than a year ago, and they are refusing to replace or refund them despite both developing the same fault around the same time. I'm considering legal action. I would recommend steering clear of this service.
The lack of customer service from this company is unbelievable. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering a bath panel, promised for 1-2 business days delivery on the 3rd of December. It's now the 14th and I still have not received it. I've only received one reply about their technical and staffing issues. They still can't provide a delivery date. The seller has initiated a return to sender, and I'm concerned about how long that will take. I suspect they will hold onto my money until the return is processed. I would advise against any plumbing-related purchases from this company.
I ordered a shower tray and screens with a confirmed delivery date, but no specific time. I returned home from work to find they had left £500 worth of goods on my doorstep without knocking. If I could rate this company lower than 1 star, I would. They replaced a large damaged bathroom sink but have been refusing to collect it for 3 months. I've spent countless hours contacting both the seller and the platform. They keep telling me to keep it or dispose of it, even though I've explained multiple times that it's too large for me to dispose of.
I strongly advise against using this company. The bathroom was delivered by a person in slippers, and the basin was completely smashed due to poor packaging and careless handling. I spent over £300 and was only offered £10 as compensation. I purchased through a platform and was offered a refund, but they only want to collect the undamaged items. Customer service is non-existent, with emails arriving at odd hours and only once a day. Just appalling, and the platform wasn't much help either. There are plenty of other companies; avoid this one.
My radiator was damaged during transit. The customer service is terrible, with different representatives replying to each message without reading previous conversations. I received conflicting information, which delayed the process. They refused to send a replacement until they collected the damaged one, which took many days, and then I would have to wait for dispatch. They even offered just a £5 refund to keep the unusable radiator. I will be sharing my experience wherever I can.
