I had an issue with my order but Ninefit's customer service were absolutely excellent. So I would not hesitate to order again from them in the future and I recommend buying from them because you will be in good hands. At the end of their emails they sign off with 'We care' and I can confirm that they live up to this.

Terrible ! My 13 year old son saved up his money to buy a scooter deck . The order was placed and then we received an email to say it was not in stock - we could have a 120% voucher to spend on something else or 100%refund . We asked for a refund - 10 days later this has not been processed are emails are answered but the action promised not taken. I checked the website and used the chat function just before requesting the refund made a general enquiry about the deck they advised the deck was in stock and that I could place an order for it !! They clearly say anything to get your money ( including a child’s savings) and do not send either the goods or a refund . We will be taking this further . Please save yourself the hassle and do not use this company !!
