Order placed on December 7th: No updates or shipment received

I placed an order on December 7th and received a confirmation, but there have been no updates since then. I haven't received the product, nor has it been shipped. I attempted to chat with the support team on their website, waited for half an hour, and was informed that no one was available despite the site indicating that they were online. I was advised to try again in three hours. I have now disputed the charge with my bank.
