Deliberately obtuse purchasing procedure, clearly designed to scam you into paying more than you wish - avoid at all costs.
Signs you up to a membership (why anyone would need this is beyond me) and bombards your inbox with email so when they do email a membership charge through, you probably won't see it.

Misled by the marketing and poor customer service

I was drawn in by the promotional video, and then the upsell on the website led me to purchase an additional unit that I didn't intend to buy. I immediately regretted my decision and contacted them to cancel the order, but they informed me that this was not an option. Now, I'm attempting to return the product, which requires me to cover the shipping costs back to China. Overall, I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this to anyone, primarily due to the lack of customer support. I haven't tried the product itself, but given the entire experience, I doubt it would be satisfactory.

However, because our processing is very fast, especially during this busy holiday season, we weren’t able to intercept your order in time. I completely understand that this isn’t the ideal situation, and I want you to feel fully supported every step of the way." The return policy is nearly impossible, suggesting that this was a tactic used by the company to create delays, complicating the process of filing a complaint with the payment service as the timeframe to do so expires. Low-quality products

The items are poorly made and definitely do not function as expected. Avoid making a purchase. It's frustrating, especially considering the cost. I raised a complaint, and they sent a free replacement, but it had the same issues. Save your money.

The company provided fantastic customer service! I faced issues with the courier, which were beyond their control, but they went above and beyond to assist me. Very poor product quality

The product is of very low quality. I noticed this immediately upon opening the package, as the boxes were uneven and the printing was blurry. Everything about the product feels substandard. The button is made of cheap plastic, and they are so lightweight that they feel worthless. Numerous reviews online highlight similar issues. I spent $145 on something that is worth about $1 each. They suggested I return them to China at my expense, after which I could begin a refund process. All my emails appear to have been generated by AI.
