I was drawn in by the promotional video, and then the upsell on the website led me to purchase an additional unit that I didn't intend to buy. I immediately regretted my decision and contacted them to cancel the order, but they informed me that this was not an option. Now, I'm attempting to return the product, which requires me to cover the shipping costs back to China. Overall, I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this to anyone, primarily due to the lack of customer support. I haven't tried the product itself, but given the entire experience, I doubt it would be satisfactory.

I completely understand that this isn’t the ideal situation, and I want you to feel fully supported every step of the way." The return policy is nearly impossible, suggesting that this was a tactic used by the company to create delays, complicating the process of filing a complaint with the payment service as the timeframe to do so expires. There are numerous concerning aspects on their return and privacy policy pages. It's advisable to read them thoroughly before proceeding with a purchase. You have been cautioned.
I feel the need to share my negative experience with a certain company. I was scammed by them. They sent me several devices I never ordered and manipulated the checkout process to add items without my consent. The devices were completely ineffective, causing more frustration than assistance. I accepted their offer of a 50% refund to avoid further stress, but even after a year, I have yet to receive any reimbursement. Please be cautious and don't fall for tactics like this. Protect your finances and avoid the troubles I faced.
This is my second review, and I find the company to be dishonest, with many comments appearing to be generated by AI. This company deserves to be blacklisted. I am met with constant falsehoods and empty sympathy. BE WARNED - AVOID THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL BE SCAMMED AND THE PRODUCTS ARE OF POOR QUALITY.
The items are poorly made and definitely do not function as expected. Avoid making a purchase. It's frustrating, especially considering the cost. I raised a complaint, and they sent a free replacement, but it had the same issues. Save your money.

My emails have led to no resolution.

My parcel was returned to them, and they promptly sent out a replacement order. I was very pleased with their communication and support, and the items themselves are great too! Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

The button is made of cheap plastic, and they are so lightweight that they feel worthless. Numerous reviews online highlight similar issues. I spent $145 on something that is worth about $1 each. They suggested I return them to China at my expense, after which I could begin a refund process. All my emails appear to have been generated by AI.
